INDUSTRIAL SCINTIGRAPHY TEST

Scintigraphy is a non-destructive test method that is based on the different absorption to the penetrating "gamma" radiation of the part being inspected. This absorption depends on the density of the material, variations in thickness or its chemical composition.
The absorption difference to the radiation can be detected through radiographic films and can be measured by means of radiation detectors.
